Not Travel - But the Reason I am Behind in Posting my Travel Pictures

For the last two months, in addition to a heavy travel schedule for both work and fun, Lynn and I have been laying a new floor in our home office. I am pleased to say the that we are now done.

Dinner out in Portland Maine - Maine Trip August 2013

While we were in Maine, the family wanted to go to dinner at Kobe’s in Portland. Ok, now I admit to being a food snob when it comes to restaurants and rural America, so I was pretty amazed at the quality of the food. And the show was pretty good as well. A few pictures of the family and the show.

View from Griffith Observatory - Dec 2010

Today’s post goes back to December of 2010. Our good friend Bob came down from Seattle for several days. Unfortunately, the clouds and the rain followed him down as these photos from the Griffith Observatory show. However, when we arrived, the rain stopped and Bob took the opportunity to take these photos. Even on a dreary day, the view is spectacular.
