An afternoon at the Autry - Jan 2014

Last year, when Lynn's parents were visiting, we spent an afternoon at the Autry Museum. While I have no memories of Gene Autry, the Singing Cowboy, the museum is really focused on the West and Hollywood. There is very little Gene Autry. If you find yourself in Griffith Park, you should stop by.

Rancho Palos Verde Coast - Jan 2014

Minutes away, but miles apart. (Wait, wasn't that a Knott's Berry Farm add from the 80's). Rancho Palos Verde is next door to San Pedro, but occupies a different world.

Marshall Flight Space Center Nov. 2014 - Look at the toys in our backyard

Thanksgiving this year was in Huntsville Alabama with my wife's family which is a cool place to have a family party because of the proximity to Marshall Flight Space Center.

My nephew was here two years ago for Space Camp, but he forgot to mention the rockets in the backyard.
